This is a light and fluffy refrigerator pie laced with Irish Whisky

Ingredients
  • 1 (3oz) pkg Dream Whip
  • 2 tsp instant coffee powder
  • 1/2 cup cold milk
  • 2 Tbsp Irish Whisky
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 (8 inch) baked pastry shell

Directions
  1. In small mixer bowl, combine Dream Whip and coffee powder.
  2. Add milk; beat at high speed 1 minute.
  3. Blend in whisky; beat at high speed for 2 minutes or more until fluffy.
  4. Whip cream. Carefully fold into the prepared filling.
  5. Pile into a baked pie shell and chill for 4 hrs.
  6. Garnish each serving with additional whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
