How to make it

  • Prep:
  • Slice thin slices of half onion, dice ham into cubes, chop garlic to desired size. Clean asparagus and chop into half inch sections. Crack eggs in bowl and scramble.
  • Cooking:
  • Med-High Heat.
  • In a skillet I coat with olive oil and start carmelizing onions. Add asparagus, ham and garlic when onions are almost ready. I am using left overs on the ham or it is pre-cooked so it does not take long to brown or heat up.
  • When all these items are brown make sure not to burn the garlic add the scrambled eggs. Just pour all over the skillet covering the onion, asparagus, ham mixture.
  • Add the spinach and cheese over the mixture in skillet. You can season at this time to your taste. Turn on Broiler/Oven and place skillet and all in for 5 to 10 minutes. You are looking for the spinach to wilt and the cheese to melt.
  • Remove from oven/broiler pizza should slide out of skillet and be golden brown on the bottom and firm enough to sit up on a cutting board and cut with a large knife or pizza cutter. Serve and enjoy.
