Grilled Marinated Beef Recipe
GRILLED MARINATED BEEF This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Olsen Estate in Grand Prairie, Texas in 1982.

Ingredients
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1-1/2 pounds boneless beef sirloin steak 1" thick

Directions
  1. Mix soup, water, lemon juice, mustard and Worcestershire.
  2. Reserve 3/4 cup for sauce and refrigerate.
  3. Pour remaining soup mixture into large shallow nonmetallic dish.
  4. Add steak and turn to coat then cover and refrigerate 2 hours turning steak occasionally.
  5. Remove steak from marinade and discard marinade.
  6. Grill over medium hot coals to desired doneness turning once.
  7. Allow steak to rest 10 minutes then slice thinly.
  8. Heat reserved sauce and serve with steak.
