How to make it

  • In a large skillet, brown beef; drain. Add onions and bell peppers; cook until onions and peppers start to soften. Add tomatoes, water and seasonings; bring to a boil. Stir in rice; reduce heat; simmer, covered, for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Uncover and stir.
