Spinach Meatloaf

SPINACH MEATLOAF This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Olsen Estate in Grand Prairie, Texas in 1982.
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs lightly beaten shopping list
- 1-1/2 pounds ground round shopping list
- 1/2 cup regular oats uncooked shopping list
- 1/2 cup wheat germ shopping list
- 1/2 cup carrot shredded shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 10 ounces frozen spinach -- thawed and drained shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup steak sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first 10 ingredients stirring well then shape into loaf.
- Place on lightly greased rack in broiler pan then bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
- Spread steak sauce over meat loaf then bake 20 additional minutes then serve immediately.
