Spinach Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients

2 large eggs lightly beaten

1-1/2 pounds ground round

1/2 cup regular oats uncooked

1/2 cup wheat germ

1/2 cup carrot shredded

1/4 cup chopped onion

10 ounces frozen spinach -- thawed and drained

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 cup steak sauce

Directions

Combine first 10 ingredients stirring well then shape into loaf.

Place on lightly greased rack in broiler pan then bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

Spread steak sauce over meat loaf then bake 20 additional minutes then serve immediately.
