Supreme Pasta Salad

SUPREME PASTA SALAD This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Olsen Estate in Grand Prairie, Texas in 1982.
Ingredients
- 1 pound penne or corkscrew pasta cooked and rinsed with cold water shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper chopped shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper chopped shopping list
- 3 carrots sliced shopping list
- 1 can artichoke hearts in water drained and quartered shopping list
- 1 medium red onion diced shopping list
- Dressing: shopping list
- 28 ounce can chopped tomatoes shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried basil shopping list
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Place pasta in a large bowl then add vegetables.
- Combine all dressing ingredients and mix with pasta and vegetables.
- Chill or serve at room temperature.
