This sandwich uses any combination of leftovers (really!) and it's so tasty you'll dream about it all year! This sandwich is so versital it works with all kinds of leftovers - just get creative!

Ingredients
  • Leftover Smithfield Ham
  • 6 sandwich rolls (any fresh sandwich roll will work)
  • Butter to toast rolls
  • Leftover sweet potatoes (anyway you like them!) or mashed potatoes
  • Leftover stuffing or dressing
  • Leftover cranberry sauce (or just open another can!)
  • Leftover gravy

Directions
  1. Spread butter on both sides of the rolls and toast or grill in a skillet. Place your leftover sweet potatoes, stuffing and gravy in seperate microwave safe containers to heat through.
  2. To assemble the sandwich, it is key to remember to not go overboard.
  3. You want the sandwich to be easy to eat while still capturing the flavor of each ingredient.
  4. Begin with a slice or two of ham.
  5. Top the ham with a thin layer of sweet potatoes.
  6. Top sweet potatoes with a thin layer of the stuffing.
  7. Top the stuffing with a thin layer of cranberry sauce.
  8. Drizzle gravy over the entire sandwich before serving.
