Tava Mushrooms

- 400 grams fresh mushrooms shopping list
- 2 tsp plain flour shopping list
- 2 onion, grated shopping list
- 2 large tomatoes shopping list
- 1/2 tsp garam masala shopping list
- 1tsp chilli powder shopping list
- 1 tsp dhaniya-jeera powder shopping list
- 2 tsp kasuri methi shopping list
- 5 tsp oil shopping list
- 4 tsp fresh cream shopping list
- salt to taste For the ginger-garlic paste shopping list
- a piece of ginger shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic shopping list
- 4 tsp chopped corriander for topping shopping list
How to make it
- Wash the mushrooms and cut in halves. Sprinkle the flour and keep aside. Heat the oil and fry the onions till brown in colour. Add the ginger-garlic paste and fry again.
- Add the garam masala, chilli powder and dhaniya-jeera powder and fry again. Prepare tomato puree by putting the tomatoes into hot water for 10-15 mins and then grating into a pulp. Add the tomato puree and fry again. Add the mushrooms, kasuri methi and salt and cook for a few minutes. Sprinkle a little water while cooking.
- Finally, add the cream and mix well. Sprinkle the coriander on top
