Ingredients

How to make it

  • cut the bagels in half
  • toast in the toaster until golden brown
  • place middle side up on a plate
  • add the sauce (the same way as if you were buttering it)
  • arrange the cheese so that it covers the whole bagel, avoid the hole in the center or else it will melt on to the plate
  • add garnish of your choice
  • place in microwave for 1 minute or until cheese melts
  • enjoy

    well nadeemnirvana, it sounds fattening but when you think about it, you can use multy grain bagels or whole wheat and the cheese is of your choice like you can use fat free mozzarella or skim milk cheese. And I am sure it's less calories than a pizza slice. And think of the fun you can have making them. I hope this helps!!
