Great with Spanish Rice and Refried beans. Everyone I've made it for loves it!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup cubed chicken
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1 can chopped green chilis
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions
  1. Mix soup and sour cream thoroughly in bowl
  2. Sautee onions and chili powder in oil until onions are translucent
  3. add chicken and green chilis and 2 tablespoons soup mix
  4. Wrap one large tablespoon mixture in each tortilla
  5. Place tortillas in baking dish
  6. Pour remaining soup mixture over tortillas and sprinkle with cheese
  7. Bake at 350 degrees 25 minutes or until bubbling
