Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1 Envelope Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 3 Pounds of Chicken Wings,tip removed and cut at joints
  • 6 Tablespoons Butter(may need more)
  • 1 Cup Corn Chips,crushed (may need more0

Directions
  1. Combine flour and taco seasoning mix in a paper or plastic bag.
  2. Add 2 or 3 chicken pieces at a time and shake to coat.
  3. Melt Butter in a 15"x10"x1" baking pan.
  4. Place chicken in pan,turning once to butter surfaces,then roll in corn chips return to pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
