- mushroom 300 gms. shopping list
- Chopped onion 1 ½ cup shopping list
- Chopped ginger 2 tbsp. shopping list
- cumin seeds 1 tsp. shopping list
- Chopped tomato ¾ cup shopping list
- coriander powder 1 tsp. shopping list
- red chili powder 1 tsp. shopping list
- turmeric powder 1 tsp. shopping list
- Chopped green chili 1 tsp. shopping list
- Chopped green coriander 1 tbsp. shopping list
- garam masala powder 1 tsp. shopping list
- oil 2 tbsp. shopping list
- salt As per taste shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Clean and cut mushrooms into quarters.
- 2. Heat oil in a Kadhai. Add cumin seeds and let it crackle. Add chopped onions and sauté' until light golden brown. Add chopped ginger, green chilies, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt. Cook for one minute.
- 3. Add chopped tomatoes and red chili powder and cook till fat leaves the masala.
- 4. Add mushrooms and cover. Cook for another 10 minutes on a medium flame. Add Garam Masala Powder.
- 5. Open the lid and cook for 5 minutes on a high flame. Sprinkle chopped green coriander and serve hot.
