How to make it

  • Cut asparagus and spring onions into 12cm (5 inch) lengths
  • Brush lightly with macadamia or rice bran oil
  • Cook on a preheated char grill or barbecue for 3 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender
  • Drizzle some balsamic vinegar over the top
  • Sprinkle with cracked black pepper
  • Top with shavings of Parmesan cheese
  • ENJOY!
