Char Grilled Spring Onions And Asparagus

- 110g (9.75 oz) fresh asparagus (snap off woody ends) shopping list
- 12 spring onions (shallots, scallions) topped and tailed and old skins removed shopping list
- macadamia or rice bran oil to coat (something with flavour) shopping list
How to make it
- Cut asparagus and spring onions into 12cm (5 inch) lengths
- Brush lightly with macadamia or rice bran oil
- Cook on a preheated char grill or barbecue for 3 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender
- Drizzle some balsamic vinegar over the top
- Sprinkle with cracked black pepper
- Top with shavings of Parmesan cheese
- ENJOY!
