Baked Tilapia with Chermoula

- 1 bunch cilantro shopping list
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled shopping list
- 2 tsp ground cumin shopping list
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 4 6 oz fish fillets shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 450 degrees
- Chop cilantro, garlic, cumin, red pepper flakes, and a large pinch of salt in food processor.
- While running, drizzle oil and lemon juice into chermoula mixture
- Season both sides of fish with salt and pepper
- Spread 1/4 of chermoula in baking dish
- Lay fish on top of chermoula
- Cover fish with remaining chermoula
- Bake 12-15 minutes until tender
