Baked Tilapia With Chermoula Recipe
An easy and super flavorful way to prepare fish! I usually use tilapia, but use any type of fish you like

Ingredients
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 4 6 oz fish fillets
  • salt and pepper

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Chop cilantro, garlic, cumin, red pepper flakes, and a large pinch of salt in food processor.
  3. While running, drizzle oil and lemon juice into chermoula mixture
  4. Season both sides of fish with salt and pepper
  5. Spread 1/4 of chermoula in baking dish
  6. Lay fish on top of chermoula
  7. Cover fish with remaining chermoula
  8. Bake 12-15 minutes until tender
