How to make it

  • Heat oven to 450 degrees
  • Chop cilantro, garlic, cumin, red pepper flakes, and a large pinch of salt in food processor.
  • While running, drizzle oil and lemon juice into chermoula mixture
  • Season both sides of fish with salt and pepper
  • Spread 1/4 of chermoula in baking dish
  • Lay fish on top of chermoula
  • Cover fish with remaining chermoula
  • Bake 12-15 minutes until tender
