Broiled Asparagus

How to make it
- Rinse and dry a bunch of asparagus.
- Place the asparagus in a gallon sized zip-loc bag and drizzle liberally with olive oil then add your favorite seasoning. (I use red pepper flakes and "mixed-up salt.")
- Marinate in the refrigerator, overnight if possible.
- Arrange the asparagus on a cookie sheet and broil in oven, checking often and turning asaragus with tongs.
- You will know it's done when it looks "done."
- Serve with a dip consisting of mayonnaise and curry powder. (Just mix curry powder in until it "looks" right.)
- You really can't mess this up.
