BLUEBERRY DELIGHT This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Olsen Estate in Grand Prairie, Texas in 1982.

Ingredients
  • 2 pints fresh blueberries
  • 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup whipping cream whipped

Directions
  1. Combine first 5 ingredients tossing gently then cover and chill.
  2. Spoon into individual bowls and serve with whipped cream.
