Rosemary Lemonade Recipe
ROSEMARY LEMONADE This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Olsen Estate in Grand Prairie, Texas in 1982.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 6 cups water
  • 6 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

Directions
  1. Bring sugar and 2 cups water to boil in a small saucepan.
  2. Add rosemary sprigs then cover and remove from heat.
  3. Let syrup steep 30 minutes then strain syrup into pitcher.
  4. Stir in 1/2 cup lemon juice and remaining 4 cups water.
  5. Chill until ready to serve.
