No Bake Chocolate Cookies Recipe

These cookies are a snap to make;
only one bowl needed so there is very little to clean up. A great cookie to satisify those chocolate cravings.

Ingredients
- 3-4 Cups chocolate melts or chocolate chips.
- 1/2 cup coconut (optional)
- Vector cereal
Directions
- Melt chocolate in a bowl in the microwave
- Stir in coconut
- Add as much vector cereal as needed to coat and hold together.
- Drop on wax paper and leave on the counter to harden
- Bag and Freeze.

Hi Greekgirrrl. Vector cereal may not be available in your area. I cecked the box and it's made in Canada. It's a cereal athletes favour; it's loaded with protein,vitamins etc. It's a crunchy cereal (like corn flakes except sweeter) with granola clusters. Very good. Hope you can find it.
