This has become a customers favorite for Massaman Curry. It is really simple to prepare and uses only high quality ingredients. Serve with a dry chardonnay and enjoy often!

Ingredients
- 1 Lobster Tail 5 oz
- 4 Jumbo Sea Scallops
- 1/4 Cup Diced Onions
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 Small Orange Pepper
- 4 oz CurrySimple Gourmet Massaman Curry Sauce
Directions
- Bring 1/4 inch of water to a boil in a steaming pot.
- In a small sauce pan, heat Massaman curry sauce at medium heat.
- Add the Lobster tail when the water comes to a boil (Steam 3-5 minutes).
- Place the Jumbo Sea Scallops in the Massaman Curry sauce. (Cook in sauce 3 minutes).
- Add diced onions and orange pepper in sauce after the Scallops have been cooking for 1 minute.
- Slice Avocado and place on serving plate.
- Break the top of the Lobster tail and place on serving plate.
- Pour the ingredients in the pan (scallops, pepper, onions) over Lobster tail.
- *Optional - Serve with Thai Jasmine or Brown rice.
