How to make it

  • Bring 1/4 inch of water to a boil in a steaming pot.
  • In a small sauce pan, heat Massaman curry sauce at medium heat.
  • Add the Lobster tail when the water comes to a boil (Steam 3-5 minutes).
  • Place the Jumbo Sea Scallops in the Massaman Curry sauce. (Cook in sauce 3 minutes).
  • Add diced onions and orange pepper in sauce after the Scallops have been cooking for 1 minute.
  • Slice Avocado and place on serving plate.
  • Break the top of the Lobster tail and place on serving plate.
  • Pour the ingredients in the pan (scallops, pepper, onions) over Lobster tail.
  • *Optional - Serve with Thai Jasmine or Brown rice.
