Carrot and Pecan Casserole Recipe

How to make it

  • Boil carrots until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and mash carrots. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into a lightly greased 2 qt. casserole dish. Bake at 30* for 40 mintues.
