Mexican Beef Bites

- 1-1/2 pounds beef flank steak shopping list
- 1/2 cup chunky salsa shopping list
- 12 whole jalapeno peppers halved lengthwise and seeded shopping list
- 1/4 cup herbed cream cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Slice steak in 1/4" thick strips 4 inches long.
- Cut across grain holding a knife at an angle.
- Marinate beef strips in salsa for one hour.
- Fill each jalapeno half with 1/2 teaspoon cream cheese.
- Wrap filled jalapenos with one steak strip covering cream cheese as you wrap.
- Fasten steak ends with a toothpick then grill 4 minutes turning after 2 minutes.
