Hashbrown Casserole

- 1 package shredded hashbrowns with onion and peppers shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 can cream of celery soup shopping list
- 16 oz sour cream shopping list
- 2-3 cups cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 bunch of green onion-chopped shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 cups crushed butter crackers (ritz) shopping list
- 1/4 cup melted butter shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven to 350 degrees
- pour hashbrowns in a large casserole dish
- in large bowl mix all ingredients and 1 cup of cheddar cheese, set aside rest of cheese
- pour mixture over hashbrowns and mix well
- flattened top of casserole
- sprinkle rest of cheese on casserole
- add crushed crackers over casserole
- pour melted butter of top.
- cook for 30-45 mins
- serve
