How to make it

  • Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl
  • Sprinkle over pork chops
  • Coat the pork chops evenly with cooking spray
  • GRILL, covered with the lid of grill over medium heat...350-400 degrees, about 3-4 minutes on each side
  • Check for doneness
  • Let stand about 10 minutes
  • Coarsely chop pork
  • PINEAPPLE SALSA
  • Whisk together 1/4 cup orange juice and next four ingredients
  • Stir in pineapple, cilantro and onion
  • WARM TORTILLAS COVERED IN OVEN....THEY ARE MORE MOIST WARMED IN OVEN
  • Fill warmed tortilla with chopped pork and pineapple salsa
  • *NOTE: SLICED AVOCADO MAY BE ADDED TO THE TORTILLA
