Grilled Pork Tortilla Wraps And Pineapple Salsa

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper shopping list
- ground red pepper to taste shopping list
- pork rub to taste shopping list
- 6 boneless pork loin chops, trimmed shopping list
- cooking spray (preferably olive oil) shopping list
- 8 inch flour tortillas, warmed shopping list
- pineapple salsa shopping list
- 1/4 cup orange juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon honey shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper shopping list
- 2 cups chopped fresh pineapple shopping list
- 2-3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro shopping list
- 1/4 cup small red onion, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl
- Sprinkle over pork chops
- Coat the pork chops evenly with cooking spray
- GRILL, covered with the lid of grill over medium heat...350-400 degrees, about 3-4 minutes on each side
- Check for doneness
- Let stand about 10 minutes
- Coarsely chop pork
- PINEAPPLE SALSA
- Whisk together 1/4 cup orange juice and next four ingredients
- Stir in pineapple, cilantro and onion
- WARM TORTILLAS COVERED IN OVEN....THEY ARE MORE MOIST WARMED IN OVEN
- Fill warmed tortilla with chopped pork and pineapple salsa
- *NOTE: SLICED AVOCADO MAY BE ADDED TO THE TORTILLA
