How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325.
  • Combine flour, baking soda and baking powder in medium bowl.
  • In separate large bowl beat butter and sugar and continue beating 30 minutes.
  • Add egg, milk and vanilla then beat until smooth.
  • Slowly mix dry mixture into wet mixture then beat until well combined.
  • Mix in coconut flakes then set aside.
  • Melt 6 tablespoons butter in medium bowl in microwave on high temperature for 30 seconds.
  • Add sugar and stir well for 30 seconds then add graham cracker crumbs and stir.
  • Press mixture into bottom of a square baking pan then sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over top.
  • Press cookie dough into dish covering the chocolate chips.
  • Sprinkle chopped walnuts over dough then use your fingers to press nuts into the dough.
  • Bake 45 minutes or until the edges of the become light brown.
  • Cream butter, sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl with an electric mixer on high speed.
  • When ready to serve heat up a small skillet over medium heat.
  • When skillet is hot remove from heat then add 1 tablespoon cinnamon butter to the pan.
  • Slice pie into 9 pieces and place one into the hot skillet.
  • Place a scoop of ice cream on top of the pie then drizzle chocolate and caramel syrup over top.
  • Sprinkle 2 teaspoons walnuts over the top then repeat for the remaining ingredients and serve.
