Vegetable Pasta Salad Recipe
VEGETABLE PASTA SALAD This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Sullivan Estate in Terrell, Texas in 1981.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup broccoli chopped fine
  • 1 cup carrot thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup green pepper chopped fine
  • 1/4 cup white onion chopped very fine
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/3 cup green olives with pimento chopped fine
  • 1 small box macaroni cooked and still warm
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon marjoram leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary leaves crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Chop vegetables.
  • Cook pasta el dente then drain.

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together promptly then chill before serving.
