Ingredients

How to make it

  • Toss pork, flour, seasoned salt and garlic pepper in 4 qt. slow cooker until pork is coated.
  • Stir in potatoes, carrots, onion, gravy and chili sauce.
  • Cover and cook on low heat. 9 hours.
  • About 20 minutes before serving stir in frozen sweet peas.
  • Cover and cook on low until peas are tender

    Thanks for this inspiration. I don't have bagged potato wedges but I'm betting using raw potatoes will be fine over that amount of cooking time. Quandary on the gravy have turkey but not port. I'm betting no one will know but you guys since I mentioned!
