Cherry Rhubarb Cobbler

- 21 ounce can cherry pie filling shopping list
- 3 cups chopped rhubarb shopping list
- 1 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 4 tablespoons butter shopping list
- Crust: shopping list
- 1/2 cup shortening shopping list
- 1 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
How to make it
- Spread fruit in rectangular pan then sprinkle with sugar and dot with butter.
- Cream shortening and sugar in a mixing bowl then add egg and beat well then set aside.
- Combine flour and baking powder then add alternately with milk to cream mixture.
- Pour over fruit then bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
