How to make it

  • Stir boiling water into gelatin for 2 minutes then stir in cold water and lemon juice.
  • Chill until partially set then stir berries in and pour mixture into baking dish and chill until firm.
  • Beat whipping cream just until soft peaks form then add cream cheese and powdered sugar.
  • Beat until fluffy then stir in lemon peel then carefully spoon cream cheese mix over berry mix.
  • Spread to edge of dish then cover and chill at least 6 hours.
  • Top with nuts just before serving.
