Red White and Blueberry Cheesecake Recipe

How to make it

  • Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  • Add eggs and mix until blended then stir in white chocolate.
  • Pour mixture into crust then bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
  • Cool completely then cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Arrange blueberries in star outline on top of cake then fill center of star with strawberries.
