Nice take on roasted sweet potatoes.

Ingredients
  • 3 sweet potatoes,cubed
  • 1 red onion,sliced
  • 2Tbs canola oil
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1tsp. cumin
  • 1/2tsp salt

Directions
  1. Toss sweet potatoes with onion,oil,cinnamon,cumin and salt. Transfer to a baking sheet and roast in oven for 25-30 mins at 400 till fork-tender.
