Ingredients
  • Seasoning/Spread: honey dijon dressing, caesar salad dressing, miracle whip, mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish sauce, BBQ sauce, catsup, hoisin sauce, tsaziki sauce guacamole, sour cream, salsa, enchilada sauce (red, green), hot chili, paprika paste, pesto, jam, chutney, pizza sauce.
  • Meats: chicken, turkey, bacon, beef, pork, bologna, fish, pepperoni, canadian bacon,
  • Eggs: (boiled, fried, scrambled, etc.)
  • Cheese: mozzarella, gouda, american, cheddar, colby, monterey jack, feta, blue cheese, swiss, cream cheese,
  • Starch: Rice, potatoes, stuffing, tabbouleh,
  • Beans: Refried beans, cannellini beans, chili beans, pinto beans, pork n beans, black beans,
  • Veggies: Lettuce, mixed greens, green pepper, onion, tomato, carrot, spinach, lettuce, pickle, cucumber, banana peppers, jalapeno peppers, avocado.
  • Nuts: peanut butter, cashews, peanuts, pine nuts, almonds, walnuts, pecans
  • Any combination of seasonings/spreads or fillings can be used as liked.

Directions
  1. Basic Tortilla Pizza: Perfect for a light supper or easy appetizer.
  2. Flour tortilla (I use the taco size).
  3. Pizza Sauce
  4. Meat, (if you wish) such as pepperoni or Canadian bacon (cut into small pieces)
  5. Cheese, (as you wish) such as Mozzarella, Colby and Monterey Jack, etc.
  6. Place the tortilla on a cookie sheet and spread pizza sauce or some other favorite sauce over its surface.
  7. Sprinkle meat over top.
  8. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 450º for 5 minutes.
  10. When edges are brown and crispy, remove it from oven and cut into pie shaped pieces.

  12. Basic Quesadilla (Can be made with a variety of fillings.)
  13. Pam spray the skillet.
  14. Place a tortilla (flour or corn) in the pan.
  15. Spread sauce of choice over the tortilla surface. (green enchilada sauce, salsa, etc.)
  16. Distribute small chunks of cooked meat over top. (chicken, beef, pork, etc.)
  17. Sprinkle the cheese over the surface. (Cheddar, Colby and Monterey Jack, Mozzarella, etc.)
  18. Cover the pan.
  19. Cook over medium heat for 2-4 minutes until the tortilla is starting to brown and the cheese is melting. When the tortilla is ready fold it over in half.
  20. Can be eaten like a large taco or cut it into wedges.
  21. For double-sided, before covering the pan add another tortilla on top and Pam spray it as well. When done on one side, squash down on the quesadilla to get the cheese to help hold it together and flip like a huge pancake and brown the second side.

  23. Basic Tuna Melt Tortilla
  24. Pam spray the skillet.
  25. Place a tortilla (flour or corn) in the pan.
  26. Spread filling (tuna salad, chicken salad, etc.)
  27. Sprinkle the cheese over the surface. (Cheddar, Colby and Monterey Jack, Mozzarella, etc.)
  28. Cover the pan.
  29. Cook over medium heat for 2-4 minutes until the tortilla is starting to brown and the cheese is melting. When the tortilla is ready fold it over in half.
  30. Can be eaten like a large taco or cut it into wedges.

  32. Basic Cold Tortilla Wraps
  33. Any sandwich made with bread can be done on a tortilla.
  34. Flour tortilla (I use the taco size).
  35. Spread with condiments of choice (mustard, mayo, miracle whip, catsup, etc.)
  36. Spread with filling of choice. (see suggestions above)
  37. Lay strips of cheese of choice if desired.
  38. Sprinkle Veggies of choice.
  39. Fold the tortilla partially over, tucking in the ends and continue to roll.
  40. These pack well in lunches, as they can’t get too squished like bread.

  42. Basic Hot Tortilla Burrito
  43. Flour tortilla (I use the taco size).
  44. Spread with filling of choice.
  45. Refried beans, chili beans, etc.
  46. Leftover rice, potatoes, meatloaf, hamburger patty etc.
  47. Cheese
  48. Seasoning/spread
  49. Keep open on plate and microwave.
  50. Add cool toppings if desired (such as Salsa, Sour Cream, pickles, etc.)
  51. Rollup tortilla tucking in the ends.

  53. Basic Breakfast Tortilla Wraps
  54. Flour tortilla (I use the taco size).
  55. Cook meat of choice such as sausage or bacon.
  56. Scramble eggs and cheese.
  57. Warm the tortilla in the microwave for 20-25 seconds.
  58. Lay the scrambled eggs and meat in the middle of the tortilla.
  59. Add cool toppings if desired (such as Salsa)
  60. Rollup the tortilla tucking in the ends.

Very nicely done... I can't eat the wheat versions but i can substitute the white corn..
the idea of taking just the tortilla with you is an idea i hadn't thought of ...great.!!
