Yogi Tea

- 1 - Tablepoon cloves shopping list
- 1 - T ablepoon black peppercorns shopping list
- 2 - Tablepoon cardamom seeds shopping list
- 2 - 3-4 inch cinnamon sticks shopping list
- 1 - piece of ginger, about 1-2 inches long, peeled and thinly sliced shopping list
- 1- - gallon of water shopping list
- 1 -bag black tea shopping list
How to make it
- Crush peppercorns and cardamom seeds with a mortar and pestle. Place these and other spices in large pot with the gallon of water...... Simmer slowly for 45 minutes to an hour. ............
- Add tea bag for one minute and remove.............
- Tea is ready to serve................
- You may strain and put leftovers in the refrigerator for later.
- The yogis think it is best served with milk or soy milk.
- The black tea is said to activate the spices.
- Centuries old yogi recipe.....................
- FYI:.... The yogis recommend a cup or two of this per day for good health. It is aromatic, delicious, and the spices can spice up your sex life.

I love this one. I actually drink black tea with cardamom myself and love the scent of it, however, yours sounds better!

I am a tea lover from way back. This sounds lovely. I know that the cinnamon, pepper and ginger have great health benefits. I will have to check out the cardomom and cloves. I suspect they are good too.
