How to make it

  • Crush peppercorns and cardamom seeds with a mortar and pestle. Place these and other spices in large pot with the gallon of water...... Simmer slowly for 45 minutes to an hour. ............
  • Add tea bag for one minute and remove.............
  • Tea is ready to serve................
  • You may strain and put leftovers in the refrigerator for later.
  • The yogis think it is best served with milk or soy milk.
  • The black tea is said to activate the spices.

  • FYI:.... The yogis recommend a cup or two of this per day for good health. It is aromatic, delicious, and the spices can spice up your sex life.

    I am a tea lover from way back. This sounds lovely. I know that the cinnamon, pepper and ginger have great health benefits. I will have to check out the cardomom and cloves. I suspect they are good too.
