this is a juicing recipe that i use during cold and flu season. it is a comforting and warm quick meal when you don't feel good.

Ingredients
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1 kale leaf
  • 1 large tomato
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 collard leaf, chopped

Directions
  1. wash kale, tomato and celery.
  2. roll garlic in kale leaf, run through juicer with tomato and celery.
  3. heat in saucepan with chopped collard.
