Georgenes Roasted Chicken With A Kick

- 1 whole cleaned chicken shopping list
- 1 tbsp butter shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. Tony Chachere's Creole butter Injection marinade shopping list
- 3 tbsp Tony Chachere's creole seasoning shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1 poultry roasting bag shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven 400 degrees
- Pat chicken dry with paper towels
- inject both breasts and legs with injection marinade
- mix creole season and cayenne
- use half of mixture to rub under skin on the breast
- Rub butter on skin
- sprinkle rest of season mixture on skin
- place in roasting bag
- put in oven and cook until liquid runs clear
- if you like a crispier skin cut bag open and roast about 10 minutes longer.
