Ingredients
  • 4 center cut boneless pork chops, pounded to a 3/4 inch thickness
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powde
  • fresh ground blk pepper
  • 2 tbl olive oil
  • 2/3 cup balsomic vinegar
  • 2 tsp sugar

Directions
  1. trim fat,from chops and pound to 3/4 inch thickness
  2. season chops on both sides.with salt,garlic powder,pepper.
  3. heat pan 1 minute add olive oil, heat 1 more minute
  4. then add chops.cook on med high until well browned on both sides
  5. and cook through--about 5 minutes
  6. remove chops to a plate lower heat --add vinegar,sugar-cook until slightly thickened. about 2 minutes.
  7. put chops back in the pan and cook 4 minutes turning often
  8. to glaze them
  9. place on a serving dish and pour glaze, over them
