How to make it

  • MAKE SURE THE MUSTARD IS COLD
  • Put some olive oil in the bottom of a glass casserole or baking dish.
  • Put the chicken in said dish and cover with some aluminum foil.
  • Bake it in the oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes (until it's done depending on thickness of chicken breast)
  • Put the COLD mustard on top of the chicken with a nice thick slice of tomato.
  • Put the cheese on top of the mustard and tomato.
  • Put it back in the oven on BROIL for about 1 minute just to melt the cheese.
  • Serve and enjoy.
