Perfumed Confetti Cauliflower

- 500g (1 lb) cauliflower, coursely chopped shopping list
- 1/2 medium red onion, sliced shopping list
- 2 tsp garlic, minced shopping list
- 2 tbsp Two Wheeler Creek lemon Myrtle liqueur (Subsitute 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp white wine) shopping list
- cayenne pepper shopping list
- cumin shopping list
- salt shopping list
How to make it
- Chop and slice the cauliflower and onion and place in a microwave-safe bowl, cover with plastic wrap and microwave-steam until cauliflower is tender.
- While the vegetables are cooking, blend remaining ingredients into a glaze.
- Carefully, avoiding steam burns, remove plastic wrap from the cauliflower bowl.
- Drizzle lemon myrtle glaze over cooked vegetables, stir, then re-cover and allow to continue steaming for another minute or two.
- Serve with a slotted spoon to avoid overpowering the dish with remaining liqueur glaze.
