How to make it

  • Chop and slice the cauliflower and onion and place in a microwave-safe bowl, cover with plastic wrap and microwave-steam until cauliflower is tender.
  • While the vegetables are cooking, blend remaining ingredients into a glaze.
  • Carefully, avoiding steam burns, remove plastic wrap from the cauliflower bowl.
  • Drizzle lemon myrtle glaze over cooked vegetables, stir, then re-cover and allow to continue steaming for another minute or two.
  • Serve with a slotted spoon to avoid overpowering the dish with remaining liqueur glaze.
