Cheesy Chocolate Soy Pudding

- 12.3 oz lite silken tofu shopping list
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond Breeze shopping list
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 (4-serving) box Sugar- and Fat-Free chocolate pudding mix shopping list
- 1 (4-serving) box Sugar- and Fat-Free cheesecake pudding mix shopping list
- pinch salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbsp Splenda granular shopping list
- 1 1/4 cups cold water shopping list
How to make it
- Combine tofu, Almond Breeze and vanilla in a food processor or blender.
- Puree until perfectly smooth and liquidy.
- Combine pudding mixes, salt, Splenda and water.
- Slowly add to the blender, pulsing to puree completely smooth.
- Spoon into serving dishes and chill 2-3 hours before serving.
