How to make it

  • Combine tofu, Almond Breeze and vanilla in a food processor or blender.
  • Puree until perfectly smooth and liquidy.
  • Combine pudding mixes, salt, Splenda and water.
  • Slowly add to the blender, pulsing to puree completely smooth.
  • Spoon into serving dishes and chill 2-3 hours before serving.
