Ingredients
  • 12.3 oz lite silken tofu
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla Almond Breeze
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 (4-serving) box Sugar- and Fat-Free chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 (4-serving) box Sugar- and Fat-Free cheesecake pudding mix
  • pinch salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Splenda granular
  • 1 1/4 cups cold water

Directions
  1. Combine tofu, Almond Breeze and vanilla in a food processor or blender.
  2. Puree until perfectly smooth and liquidy.
  3. Combine pudding mixes, salt, Splenda and water.
  4. Slowly add to the blender, pulsing to puree completely smooth.
  5. Spoon into serving dishes and chill 2-3 hours before serving.
