How to make it

  • Cook rice per package instructions until tender.
  • Drain rice and rinse off when tender
  • Mix in the almonds, peas and carrots and raisins.
  • Season to taste as desired.
  • Pack into a round casserole dish, unmolding unto platter if desired.
