How to make it

  • Cover and cook squash in small amount of boiling water in medium saucepan 8 minutes.
  • Drain well then press squash between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • Combine squash, tortilla chips and next 6 ingredients stirring gently.
  • Spoon into a lightly greased rectangular baking dish.
  • Sprinkle evenly with cheese and bacon then bake at 450 for 30 minutes.
