This is a quick dessert I came up with using some chocolate chip cookies I had.

Ingredients
  • About 15 your favorite chocolate chip cookies(I used Keebler)
  • aprox 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • half gallon rocky road ice cream softened
  • chocolate fudge ice cream topping

Directions
  1. Crush cookies to make crumbs, add butter tablespoon at a time, moistened enough to make a graham cracker type crust.Place in pie dish. Spoon some hot fudge suace over crust, just a thin layer. Place in freezer bout 15 minutes. Take out of freezer n add ice cream, smooth over whole crust.Drizzle with fudge topping. I also crushed a few more cookies n sprinkled that on top.Place in freezer till firm.
