Herb Fried Potatoes

- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine shopping list
- 3 medium potatoes, pared and cut in 1/8-inch strips shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground oregano shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon instant minced onion shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in a 10-inch skillet; add potatoes.
- Cover and cook over medium heat 10 minutes.
- Trun potatoes carefully; cook, uncovered, 10 minutes more, turning occasionally to brown all sides.
- Sprinkle with remaining ingredients during last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Yield: 4 servings.

Sound great, Ill have to try the oregano. I usually use rosemary and/or thyme.
