How to make it

  • Melt butter in a 10-inch skillet; add potatoes.
  • Cover and cook over medium heat 10 minutes.
  • Trun potatoes carefully; cook, uncovered, 10 minutes more, turning occasionally to brown all sides.
  • Sprinkle with remaining ingredients during last 5 minutes of cooking.
  • Yield: 4 servings.

    Sound great, Ill have to try the oregano. I usually use rosemary and/or thyme.

    Looks yummy! I like mine with rosemary and sage. The onion is a really nice touch!
