How to make it

  • Melt butter in a medium frying pan.
  • Sauté turkey and onion until lightly browned.
  • Add curry powder then continue to sauté.
  • Stir in chutney and sherry.
  • To make sauce melt butter in saucepan then add flour, pepper, paprika and salt.
  • Mix well then whisk in milk until smooth and cook over low heat until bubbly.
  • Stir in cheese then pour sauce into turkey mixture and place over low heat to warm through.
  • Spoon into each avocado half and garnish with bacon and peanuts.
