Chicken Enchiladas Recipe
This dish is mildly spicy with a creamy base. Very Tasy!! A favorite around here and in New Mexico.

Ingredients
  • 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 Cups Cooked Chicken
  • 2 can Green Chilis chopped
  • Shredded Chedar Cheese
  • 12 corn Tortilla
  • Chopped onion according to preference(1 cup)

Directions
  1. To prepare tortillas, soften 6 of them in hot chicken broth and place in bottom of casserole dish or oblong pan. Mix together the two soups and green chilis. Mix in chopped up chicken and heat until it is hot. Pour half over the tortillas. sprinkle with half of the chopped onions and cheddar cheese on top. Place remaining tortillas on top of this after softened in Hot chicken broth. Pour remaining chicken mixture on top. Pour remaining onions over soup mixture and then the remaining cheese. Bake until bubbly.
