Cheese Cake Recipe
This will have everyone coming back for seconds. Not your traditional heavy cheesecake but rather a light and palat cleansing dessert

Ingredients
  • 2 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted margarine or butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 8 oz pkg of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 pkg lemon jello
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 15 oz can of evaporated milk (cold)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Directions
  1. Place can of evaporated milk in refrigerator overnight to chill or place in freezer long enough to crystalize
  2. Mix first three items together and spread in large pan making sure to reserve some to topping
  3. Mix items 7 and 8 and allow to cool
  4. In another bowl cream together items 4, 5 and 6
  5. Beat the evaporated milk until it is quite stiff
  6. Add all the other ingredients and beat until well mixed together
  7. Pour over graham crackers in pan and sprinkle reserved crumbs over top for the topping
  8. Place in refrigerator and let stand 5 hours
  9. Enjoy
