Cheese Cake

- 2 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 1 tbsp icing sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup melted margarine or butter shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 8 oz pkg of Philadelphia cream cheese shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 pkg lemon jello shopping list
- 1 cup hot water shopping list
- 1 15 oz can of evaporated milk (cold) shopping list
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Place can of evaporated milk in refrigerator overnight to chill or place in freezer long enough to crystalize
- Mix first three items together and spread in large pan making sure to reserve some to topping
- Mix items 7 and 8 and allow to cool
- In another bowl cream together items 4, 5 and 6
- Beat the evaporated milk until it is quite stiff
- Add all the other ingredients and beat until well mixed together
- Pour over graham crackers in pan and sprinkle reserved crumbs over top for the topping
- Place in refrigerator and let stand 5 hours
