Zesty Crab Dip

This dip is so delicious. The “secret ingredient” is the barbecue sauce, which adds a wonderful zing and a delicate pink color that goes well with the crab.
Ingredients
- 2 cans crab meat shopping list
- ½ tsp lemon juice shopping list
- 3 (8-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. Worcestershire shopping list
- ¼ c. Open Pit BBQ sauce shopping list
- ½ c. Miracle Whip shopping list
How to make it
- Rinse crab meat and remove bones, etc.
- Freshen crab meat with the lemon juice.
- Combine other ingredients, then mix in crab.
- Chill.
- Serve with crackers or make celery boats.
- This freezes well.
- Note: I had to guess on the number of servings. It makes a nice amount and is fancy enough for a Christmas buffet, yet does equally as well at a Super Bowl party!
- Note:If you can't find Open Pit BBQ, choose your favorite, but just not one that is too hot and spicy.
