This is an easy and quick salsa that is very flavorful.

Ingredients
  • 1 C.Roasted corn cut off the cob
  • 1 C. Roasted anaheim chiles, Diced
  • 2 C. Onions chopped
  • .5 C. jalapeno peppers minced
  • 4 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
  • The juice of 3 limes
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients and let set overnight.
