This is an easy and quick salsa that is very flavorful.

Ingredients
- 1 C.Roasted corn cut off the cob
- 1 C. Roasted anaheim chiles, Diced
- 2 C. Onions chopped
- .5 C. jalapeno peppers minced
- 4 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
- The juice of 3 limes
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and let set overnight.
