ASIAN CHICKEN STIR FRY This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Roark Estate in Grand Prairie, Texas in 1984.

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 16 ounce frozen mixed vegetables thawed
  • Hot cooked rice

Directions
  1. Heat oil in skillet then add chicken and stir fry until browned.
  2. Add soup, soy sauce and garlic then heat to a boil.
  3. Add vegetables and cook until tender crisp then serve over rice.
