This doesn't sound great but it does taste great. You can eat this at any temperature.

Ingredients
  • 1 large can baked beans
  • 1 can mixed beans
  • 1 can rinsed black beans
  • 1 can drained garbanzo beans
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies (don't drain)
  • 1 can drained corn
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers
  • 1 cup chunky salsa
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Emeril seasoning
  • Variations: add cooked chunked ham, Polish sausage or bacon.

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
