How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 and prepare a baking sheet with tinfoil covering it and spray with cooking spray. Makes a way easier clean up and the chicken won't stick.
  • Chop your chicken breasts into length wise pieces......or chop into cubes to make chicken nuggets. Soak the chicken in a bowl with the milk. Set up your station and have a plate or bowl for flour, egg, corn flakes. Season your flower with salt and pepper. With your cornflakes, you want to add the chopped garlic, salt and pepper, thyme and parm cheese. Dip your chicken pieces into the flour and then into the egg, making sure to fully coat the outside. Next, you want to completely coat the outside of your chicken with the cornflake mixture and place onto the baking sheet......giving a tiny amount of space between pieces so that they brown nicely. Put in the over and turn half way between the cooking time. Use 20 minutes as your guide, but keep an eye on them. Hope you enjoy!!!
